Meet Victoria👋

This week we are chatting to Victoria - a Tunbridge Wells-based freelance personal trainer who is passionate about helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves. A proud mum to two daughters, she has loved calling Tunbridge Wells home since 2016, embracing its beautiful countryside, welcoming community, and wonderful family lifestyle.
Introduce yourself
Hello, I'm Victoria and I am Freelance Personal Trainer specialising in female strength training. I moved to Tunbridge Wells with my husband and two girls, 8 and 10, in 2016 and I love this area for the stunning countryside and family-focused lifestyle.
Having trained as a dancer I have had the privilege to perform in various film and television productions. Maintaining my strength and fitness has always been a huge priority and I decided, after having my daughters that I wanted to help others achieve their potential too. Being a personal trainer and seeing women dedicate time to improving their physical and mental wellbeing - when they have always given so much to others - is massively rewarding.
Favourite local business and why?
I adore Le Petit Jardin in Chapel Place. This is such a pretty store that sells gorgeous homeware products. I have bought numerous unique gifts from here and the owner is lovely.
Favourite hidden gem in Tunbridge Wells
It's a little further afield, but we love to visit Tyler's Ground near Uckfield. A family run business serving seasonal, home grown food and wonderful coffee. They sell produce on site too. They're just the loveliest people and always make you feel so welcome.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure; chocolate, naturally! And an excessive amount of skin care products.
Best mum hack
Best mum hack; there's that old saying, you can't pour from an empty cup. I honestly believe that we can be more patient, calmer mums when we take time out for ourselves, too. I believe movement and exercise are vital for reclaiming our identity and self-confidence.
