Hi, I’m Iryna Sydoruk

I’m a mum to an amazing daughter Solomiia (Sola), a content creator and blogger, originally from Ukraine and now proudly calling the Tunbridge Wells area home. I work full-time as a marketing manager and also love supporting local Kent brands with their content, helping them stand out and tell their story through visuals. I truly value community, family, and meaningful connections. My passions include singing, psychology, and style. Being a mum in a new country has taught me resilience, gratitude, and how powerful kindness and support can be.

Favourite local business and why?

My favourite local business is Wild Iris Spa.

It’s a place where you instantly feel calm and cared for. I love the atmosphere, attention to detail, and the way they create a true sense of relaxation and wellbeing. It’s not just a treatment — it’s a little reset for both body and mind.

Favourite hidden gem in Tunbridge Wells

One of my favourite hidden gems is a walk through Calverley Park.

It’s such a peaceful place to slow down, breathe, and enjoy nature right in the heart of town. I love walking there, especially when I need a moment to reset or clear my head.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Definitely dark chocolate. Lots of dark chocolate

Honestly, I think I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! And a good cup of coffee is always a perfect match.

Best mum hack

Don’t aim to be a “perfect” mum — aim to be a present one.

Kids don’t need perfection; they need connection, honesty, and a calm parent who knows when to pause and breathe. As a mum on my own in a new country, working full-time and managing extra projects on weekends, I make sure to have a dedicated mum-and-daughter day. That day is just for us — no work, no distractions — only quality time together.
